- Maybe....what I mean is that throwing an incomplete pass from five yards behind the line of scrimmage would have the exact same result as sacking the QB five yards behind the line of scrimmage.

- They should completely eliminate the intentional grounding penalty and instead spot the ball where the QB is when he throws an incomplete pass. Throwing the ball away is the most boring play in football.
